본 크롬 확장프로그램(PDF TalkTalk)은 사용자의 개인정보를 개발자의 서버로 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
모든 PDF 처리(병합, 분할 등)는 사용자의 브라우저 내에서 로컬로 수행됩니다.
단, 특정 기능 사용 시 다음과 같이 외부 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다:
1. 데이터 처리 및 공유
- PDF 도구 (병합, 분할, 회전 등): 100% 로컬 브라우저에서 처리됩니다. 파일은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- AI 채팅 (PDF Talk): 사용자가 AI 채팅 기능을 사용할 때만, 질문 내용과 PDF의 텍스트 데이터가 Google Gemini
API로 전송되어 답변을 생성합니다. 이 데이터는 답변 생성 목적으로만 사용되며 저장되지 않습니다.
- 라이선스 인증: 프리미엄 기능 활성화를 위해 사용자가 입력한 라이선스 키는 Gumroad API를 통해 유효성을 확인합니다.
2. 사용자 권한 및 API 키
- API 키 저장: 사용자가 입력한 Google Gemini API 키는 사용자의 로컬 브라우저(Storage)에만 저장되며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

This Chrome extension (PDF TalkTalk) does not collect or store user personal data on the
developer's servers.
All PDF operations (merge, split, etc.) are performed locally within your browser.
However, certain features interact with third-party services as follows:
1. Data Processing & Sharing
- PDF Tools (Merge, Split, Rotate, etc.): Processed 100% locally in your browser. Files
are NEVER uploaded to external servers.
- AI Chat (PDF Talk): Only when using the AI Chat feature, your questions and PDF text
context are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate responses. This data is used
solely for generating the answer and is not stored.
- License Verification: The license key entered for premium features is verified via the
Gumroad API.
2. User Permissions & API Keys
- API Key Storage: The Google Gemini API key entered by the user is stored only locally
in your browser (Storage) and is never transmitted to the developer.
